Discosloth is looking for a talented full-time PPC Specialist to join the team. This is a fully remote position at Discosloth, and you can work from anywhere in the world.

We’re a US-based boutique search advertising agency. Our clients are typically mid-size to larger brands with a heavy focus on e-commerce and tech/SaaS. Our co-founders, Gil & Anya Gildner, have written several technical books used in universities worldwide. We put an emphasis on long-term strategy, valuing stability and sustainable business practices. We don’t hire often, and so far no one has been at Discosloth for less than four years!
Position & Responsibilities
We are looking for a PPC specialist to assist in management of a few Google Ads/Microsoft Ads accounts. This specialist will likely work with 5-7 mid-size/large accounts, implementing new campaigns, testing strategies, daily optimization, and doing monthly reporting via Looker/Data Studio dashboards.
This is a full-time, remote position. We do not believe in needless meetings or exhausting reports. This position requires solid time management skills, self-direction, and a good work ethic.
You should expect an initial three-month paid probationary/training period, and be willing to learn techniques and strategies for managing effective ad campaigns. Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
Required Skills & Experience
- Love of research and data
- Ability to be coached and trained in SEM strategies and skills
- Excellent written English
- Experience managing large-scale accounts
- Google Ads (especially Shopping & PMax)
- Google Merchant Center
- Google Analytics setup & data analysis
- Looker/Data Studio reporting
- Conversion goals/event tracking/GTM
Experience managing large accounts is prioritized. Relevant degrees/certificates are appreciated but not required.
